The Old Bank was established in June 2016 and is the brainchild of Chef/Owner Matt Rayson which is set in a Grade Two Listed Bank Building in the Heart of Carlisle’s Historic Quarter. The Old Bank is a Casual Gastro Pub and Bar serving Quirky Pub Style Dishes in Matt’s Own Quirky Way. We have an emphasis on Good Quality, Local and Seasonal Produce.
